The process background
Note: Parent coaching and school coordination are available upon request. This is especially helpful for students with IEP or 504 plans, designated at-risk, gifted, or require a greater sensitivity and understanding within a broader context.
Individuals, Families: Three intake sessions provide the opportunity to explore individual learning profile, pinpoint initial needs, and develop a positive, safe and respectful client-coach relationship for the work to follow.

Learning Organizations, Businesses: Two to four fact-finding sessions to explore the vision, learning needs, and goals.
A suggested plan is discussed at length and a start date for implementation is scheduled. Benchmarks for progress may be set at this time.
Sessions are completely individualized and paced accordingly. Clients are expected to take an active role in the process and progress.
