Rhonda M. Lehman Davenport has over 20 years of experience in the field of Education and as a learning coach and professional development provider. She is best known and sought after for her one-on-one coaching, individualized workshop development, training facilitation, curricular content development, and seminars which have been presented on state, regional and national levels.
My Learning Well grew out of the desire to mesh best practices in neuro-developmental processes and educational practice with wellness and personal development strategies. Rhonda has a positive, holistic approach that targets diverse learner needs and respects individual differences. Her manner and methods have proven highly effective with learners across the lifespan and in a wide range of settings.
Rhonda holds degrees in Sociology, Education, and advanced certification in Teaching, Curriculum, and Learning Environments. She holds Connecticut state licenses in both teaching and administration. Rhonda also draws upon her studies, research, philosophies, and experience in Grand Theory, Music Therapy, expressive arts, brain-based learning, dance, tai-chi, and chi gong to help clients. She is an active board member at The Family Intervention Center and the Connecticut Association for the Gifted, supporting diversity and quality learning practices for all learners. As an avid lifelong learner, she holds several trainer certifications and regularly attends best-practice professional development seminars in order to maintain state of the art services to clients.
Rhonda has achieved awards in vocal performance (jazz) and taijiquan (wushu tai chi chuan). She also enjoys dancing, walking trails, non-fiction reading, swimming, autumn festivals, and attending a wide range of arts and ideas events.

Herman L. Davenport brings over 30 years of expertise in business management and education as an administrator, curriculum developer, workshop strategist, and facilitator for local and national entities. In working to help organizations and individuals to accomplish the goals they've set for themselves, he has designed numerous practical strategies and techniques that motivate, stimulate, and forward adult transformation.
Herman works to help learning organizations develop and enhance the effective wellness of their culture and operations through systems thinking, diversity mentality and martial intent. He uses many of the techniques, strategies and activities gained from studies and practices in areas of Accelerative Learning, Neuro-linguistuic Programming, Leadership, Multiple Intelligences and learning styles.
To augment his holistic approach to growth and development, Herman seeks out avenues that will bring more joy, confidence, and well-being to the forefront. Embracing the lessons of his Sifu Grand Master, T.T. Liang, he enjoys leading people and systems to become grounded, balanced, and centered prior to decision making and taking action. He then supports the continuous growth and development needed for optimal success.
Herman's background includes an undergraduate degree in African American Studies and Literature, coursework in fashion design, work in genealogical research for the Harvard School of Public Health, a graduate degree in Education with post graduate certification and work in Education Administration. He possesses Connecticut State licensure in both teaching and administration. In his spare time, he enjoys ballroom dancing, music and arts events, reading, and exploring new walking trails with his wife.
